So far we have been talking about reducing bottle necks,also we spoke about organization,but what drew us to even thinking about making this software was the ability to book rooms and event halls ahead of time. We are not saying this isn’t possible currently, but how is the information stored when received from the client or guest again lets remember that we are talking about improving services, most times it is written in a book or journal, which are ancient book keeping practices,Our Platform solves that by adding a feature for the reception office to add and book rooms or halls for guest. This information is both available to the reception and the manager of the hotel.
Creation of Rooms & Halls and Services.
The Software tackles the problem of scale of space (Number of Rooms) and Services,we provide a feature where the branch manager has permission to add Rooms and services that will be rendered the client. Down at the reception these services or rooms will then be rendered to the client with the proper Pricing. which we then reflect in the accounting section for the branch manger.
Accounting & statistics
The software presents to the branch manager a simplified summary of revenues,number of rooms occupied and those that free,list of frequent clients,services frequented,rooms frequented etc.
This will help the hotel in new and effective marketing campaigns, instead of relying on copying outdated and expensive marketing campaigns.
Security
The software is very big on security, both from clients, staffs who do not have permission to create, update or delete rooms,halls and services. This is solely the responsibility of the hotel manager.hence that section is heavily Protected.
